Site updates, 301 redirects, and link juice
Once a web page has been published on the ‘net, and indexed by the major search engines, one of the LAST things you really want to do is to remove it! But that is often what happens when a site is “updated”. And you can lose… big time… unless you implement 301 redirects properly!
