Evolution - Financial Report Writer

Financial Report Writer - The report builder allows the finance and accounts department to customise their own profit and loss report, as well as balance sheet reports for Sage Pastel Evolution. Some sample layouts are provided together with the report builder and you can choose to add the company's logo, change the font size, colours and other look and feel.

The various options available in the report builder;

Add Header / Account Code and Footer / Account Descriptions
Assign Debit or Credit balances to the account for reporting purposes
Create your own accounts saving them to the system tree allowing you to get back for future reference

While using the report builder you can drill down any GL to see transaction history against it. Save progress of any report you have created if you wish to go back for reference in the future. You are able to include / exclude a range of accounts in the reports and group them together.
